Our mission is to help executives create an informal community of friendships and connections among other executives. Our vision is to help each member develop a network beyond the ordinary.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is reserved for HR Executives, Senor Level Business Partners that service the HR Community and other functional executives. If you are an executive-level professional and would like to join the HRCigar Network, please complete the membership registration form. Your registration will be placed in pending status and a representative from the membership committee will contact you. Thank you for your interest in the HRCigar Network.

THE HRCIGAR NETWORK STORY

The HRCigar Network was started in 2006 by three Human Resource Executives who began to meet regularly to smoke cigars, eat lunch and discuss a broad range of HR and other business topics enriching personal, career and business experiences. The friendly, relaxed setting proved to be a fun and creative way to share information and form friendships. The "original" HRCigar guys, Bob Garcia, Greg Shaw and Jim Ziganto, enjoyed these unique gatherings so much that we wanted to share this experience with others of similar interest - thus the HRCigar Network was created. Today, the HRCigar Network is a diverse group of over 100 members including men and women who gather together for unique social events throughout the year.
